This tab enables you to display the list of the Users registered on the system you can choose users from the modules menu in the top left of the screen beside AFAQY’s logo.

This will open to you a window on the left containing the following:

Users view:

This tab will enable you to display and take actions with the data of the registered users.

Action Bar:

  • Refresh:
    To refresh the users list
  • List Trashed:
    To view the deleted items
  • Import:
    To import items to the list
  • Export:
    To export the items from the list
  • Three dotted Menu:
    To Optimize the grid columns and choose what to show/not to show on the table (username, email, manager, last login date and actions)

 

  • Main Info tab:
    This tab enables you to add the main info of the user as the following:

    • Username
    • Email
    • Password
    • Parent user
    • Language
    • Time zone
    • Role
    • Server
    • Package
    • Active status
    • Notes

  • Contact info tab:
    This tab enables you to add the contact info of the user

    • Name
    • Company
    • Company AR
    • Address
    • Country
    • City
    • Postal code
    • Phones
    • Emails

  • Map tab:
    This tab enables you to manage the map actions of the user

    • Icon settings:
      • Icon:
        Choose the icon
      • Show object tail:
        Choose to show /not to show object tail
      • Object tail color:
        Choose object tail color
    • Map remember settings
      • Remember last map position:
        Choose to remember or not to remember the last map position
      • Remember last map zoom:
        Choose to remember or not to remember the last map zoom
      • Show zoom slider control:
        Choose to show or not to show the zoom slider
    • Select tile settings:
      • Show select tile control:
        Choose to show or not to show the tile control
      • Default selected tile:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the default selected tile
      • Show tiles in select tile;
        Choose from the drop-down menu the tiles in the select tile list
    • Layers control settings:
      • Show layers control:
        Select to show/ not to show layers control
      • Show layers in layers control:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the layers in layers control list
    • Utilities Control Settings:
      • Show utilities control:
        choose to show utilities control or not
      • Show utilities in utilities control:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the utilities you want to show in the utilities control list
    • Map defaults settings:
      • Default Map center latitude:
        Enter the latitude of the default map center
      • Default map center longitude:
        Enter the longitude of the default map center
      • Choose from map:
        Locate the default map center on the map
    • Units defaults settings:
      • Default unit location latitude:
        Enter the default unit location latitude
      • Default unit location longitude:
        Enter the default unit longitude
      • Choose from the map:
        Locate the default unit center on the map
    • Unit intervals:
      • Enter unit intervals number from, to and choose the colors of each interval
        • Add new interval:
          By clicking on it, it will open to you Interval data to enter (Start, End and color)

          • Add:
            click to add the data
          • Cancel:
            Click to cancel and discard data

  • User settings tab:
    This tab enables you to add user’s settings info

    • General settings:
      • Address format:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the address format
      • Capacity unit:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the capacity unit
      • Temperature unit:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the temperature unit
      • Distance unit:
        Choose from the drop-down menu the distance unit
      • Start weekday:
        choose from the drop-down menu the start weekday
      • Fuel Settings

  • Permissions:
    This tab enables you to manage the permissions for the user

    • Quick set permissions on all modules by Role:
      This enables you to set permissions quickly by choosing the role from the following (Read Only, Normal or full access)
    • Advanced set permissions:
      This enables you to set customized permissions from the list on the left as the following:

        This enables you to give permission or not to the user of the following settings data:

      Click to save the changes
    • Cancel:
      Click to cancel and discard data
  • Export:
    click on it to choose which format you prefer in exporting the data (XLSX, XLS or CSV)
  • Import:
    Click to import data from your PC (XLSX, XLS or CSV)
  • Three-dotted menu:
    To Optimize the grid columns and choose what to show/not to show on the table (username, email, manager, last login date and actions)

The table:

    • Username:
      A list of previously registered usernames
    • Email:
      A list of emails of each user
    • Manager:
      A list of managers for each user
    • Last Login date:

A list of the last login dates for each user

  • Actions:
    Actions to take with each user:

    • Login As:
      Click on it to operate as this user
    • Edit:
      Click to edit the user data, same as the add user but to edit
    • Copy:
      Click on it to copy/duplicate the user data, it will open a pop-up window with the user data to edit before duplication
    • Delete:
      Delete and send to the list trashed

Active sessions:

This tab displays to you the active sessions data as the following:

  • Action Bar:
    • Refresh:
      To refresh the active sessions
    • Three-dotted menu:
      To Optimize the grid columns and choose what to show/not to show on the table (IP address, Browser, username, operation system, date and actions)
  • The table:
    • IP address:
      List of IP addresses of the previous and active sessions
    • Browser:
      List of browsers for the previous and active sessions
    • Username:
      list of usernames for the previous and active sessions
    • Operation system:
      List of operating systems for the previous and active sessions
    • Date:
      Date of each session
    • Actions:
      Delete the session data to send to the trashed list
  • Each column can be sorted ascending and descending.
  • Each column can be filtered by the values or conditions (and/OR) from the list of conditions (Equals, doesn’t equal, begins with, ends with, contains, doesn’t contain).
