Reports Module

There are four report types on Fleet Management System reports module (vehicles reports, parts reports, work order reports, and service entry report). Fleet system can also provide any type of report related to any aspect of work operations in accordance with the specific needs of your  fleet of vehicles and the nature of your business.

Vehicles Reports

 Vehicles Reports consist of three types; Expenses Reports, Vehicle Status Reports, and Meters Cost Reports.

Expenses Reports:

get an overview of all your fleet expenses. Expenses report shows the total fuel cost, total insurance cost, total service cost, other costs, and the total costs of any vehicle in your fleet. Expenses report dashboard also display a list of all the expenses spent with the exact amount of the expense, the type of the expense, the date it was spent, and the status of the expense. You can also filter expenses according to vehicle, expense type, status, vehicles group, vehicle type, and date.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Status Report:

get an overview of all your fleet statuses, helping you to evaluate your vehicles’ uptime and calculate your costs. In addition to statuses, status report dashboard displays vehicle name, status date, end date (if applicable), and the total duration that the vehicle had spent in that status. You can filter the statuses list according to vehicle/s (including archived vehicles), vehicle groups, and date.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Meters Cost Report:

Get an overview of the meter’s cost for each vehicle in the fleet.

Meters cost report’s dashboard consists of two sections; 1- a chart showing the average cost per meter according to vehicle type, and 2- a list of the costs per meter, with the vehicle’s name/plate number, total cost, total meters, total engine hours, cost per meter for each vehicle, cost per hour for each vehicle, and the total duration. You can search for data by vehicle, sort and filter costs list according to vehicle/s (including archived vehicles), date, status, vehicle groups, and vehicle type.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Parts By Usage Report: get an overview about your fleet’s consumption of spare parts.

Parts By Usage Report consists of three sections; 1- a chart for top parts by cost, 2- another chart for top parts by usage, and 3- a list of the parts with the part’s name, usage, number of vehicles that use it, last usage date, and the total cost of the part. You can search the list for data by part name, sort and filter parts according to name, usage, and last usage date.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Parts by Vehicle Report: get an overview of all the parts consumed by each vehicle. The parts by vehicle report module consists of a list showing all the vehicles in your fleet with the number of parts they had consumed and the total cost of those parts. You can search by vehicles, sort and filter the vehicles list according to vehicle name, vehicle group, location, and completion date.

To get more details about a single vehicle’s spare parts consumption, click on the vehicle’s name, and the list will expand showing a list of the parts that the vehicle consumed, the related work orders and work orders IDs, the cost per part, the quantity of the parts, and the total cost of the parts.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Work Order Per Vehicle Report

Get an overview of all work orders processed per vehicle. Work Order Per Vehicle Report module displays the cost of labor, the cost of spare parts, and the total costs of work orders carried out by your vehicles, in addition to a list of all the vehicles registered on your account with the number of related work orders, and the total cost of work orders per vehicle.

Work Order Per Vehicle Report module also offers a number of actions like searching for work orders by vehicle name/plate number, sorting, and filtering the list according to vehicle name, vehicle group, vehicle type, vehicle make, location, start date, and completion date.

To get more details about a vehicle’s work orders performance, click on the vehicle name/plate number, and the list will expand showing a list of the work orders that the vehicle processed, work orders IDs, start dates, completion dates, duration of work orders, vendors, odometer readings, engine hours, service tasks, resolved issues, locations, labor cost, parts cost, and total cost.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Work Order Status Summary Report:

 Get an overview of all work orders on the system according to their current status. Work Order Status Summary module consists of a list of work order IDs for all the work orders processed on your account, their related vehicles, statuses, locations, start dates, completion dates, durations, vendors, odometer readings, engine hours, service tasks, resolved issues, labor costs, spare parts costs, and the total cost of work orders.

Work Order Status Summary module also offers a number of actions like searching for work orders by vehicle name/plate number, sorting, and filtering the list according to vehicle name, vehicle group, work order status, location, duration, unit, vendors, start date, and completion date.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Services Summary Report

Get an overview of all the services processed on the system. Services Summary Report module displays the cost of labor, the cost of spare parts, and the total costs of services carried out by your vehicles, in addition to a list of all the vehicles registered on your account, their statuses, the date of the last service, the number of service entries, the number of work orders, the number of service tasks, the total cost, and the vehicle group/s.

Services Summary Report module also offers a number of actions like searching for services by vehicle name/plate number, sorting, and filtering the list according to vehicles, vehicle type, vehicle status, Service Entries, number of work orders, number of service tasks, total labor, total parts, total cost, and last service date.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.

Service Task Summary Report

Get an overview for all the service tasks performed by your fleet of vehicles. Service Task Summary Report consists of three sections 1- a chart for top service tasks by vehicle, 2- another chart for top service tasks by cost, and 3- a list of the service tasks performed on your fleet, service tasks usage, related vehicles, the date the service task was last used, and the total cost of the service task (labor cost + parts cost).

Service Tasks Summary Report module also offers a number of actions like searching for a service task, sorting, and filtering the list according to service task, usage, vehicles, total labor, total parts, total cost, and the date the service task was last used.

Finally, you can export the report as a CSV file, XLS file, XLSX file, or PDF file.
