Open Properties Dialogue

This column enables you to edit the properties of each unit, by clicking on the icon it will open to you a new pop-up screen with the following tabs:

Main:
This tab enables you to edit the following unit’s data (Name, Operation code, device protocol, device password, IMEI, Device serial, SIM Card number, SIM card serial, Odometer, engine hours)

Profile:
This tab enables you to edit the profile data of the unit (Vehicle type, Vin, Plate Number, model, Year, fuel type, status, Job order, Status description, Trailer, driver, icon, Start Operation, Contract Mileage, Opening Mileage).

Groups:
This tab enables you to edit the groups that the unit belongs to, choose to add or remove to the group)

Fuel Consumption:
This tab enables you to edit the fuel consumption data of the unit (By rates or By math)

  • You can edit the “by rates” data (Summer rate, Winter From, winter to, winter rate)
  • You can edit the “by math” data (Idling, Urban cycle, coefficient when moving under load, suburban cycle)

Accuracy:
This tab enables you to edit the accuracy data of the unit (Movement detection, Min speed, Min stop, Min park, Min sat, Max Distance between messages, Min trip time, Min trip distance)

Services:
This tab enables you to add new service, edit, copy and delete services.

    • Add new service:
      To add a new service click on this and it will open to you a new pop-up window with the following:

      • Name:
        Enter the service name
      • Update the last service:
        By turning this on, the system will update the last service automatically
    • The table:
      This table enables you to enter the service data (Odometer interval, Engine hours, Days and Date) each of them has (Interval, last service and event left) data to be updated
    • Save:
      After entering the new service data, press save to update the services data
    • Clone:
      You can clone the same settings for another vehicle.
    • Reset:
      Press to reset the data
  • The table:
    • Name:
      This column displays to you the services’ names
    • Status:
      This column displays to you the status of each service
    • Actions:
      This column enables you to edit, copy or delete each service

      • Edit:
        By clicking on the edit icon a new pop-up window will open to you with the following:

        • Name:
          Edit the service name
        • Update the last service:
          By turning this on, the system will update the last service automatically
        • The table:
          This table enables you to enter and update the service data (Odometer interval, Engine hours, Days and Date) each of them has (Interval, last service and event left) data to be updated
        • Save:
          After editing press save to update the services data
        • Reset:
          Press to reset the data
      • Duplicate:
        To duplicate the services data, click on this icon and then press save
      • Trashed:
        Click on this icon in order to trash the service data

Sensors:
This tab enables you to edit the sensors data embedded in the unit

    • Add new sensor:
      To add a new sensor, click on this and a new pop-up window will open with the following:

      • Name:
        Edit the name of the sensor
      • Type:
        choose from the list the type of the sensor
      • Parameters:
        Choose the parameters from the list
      • Result type:
        Choose from the list the result type
      • If sensor ‘0’:
        enter the text that will be displayed

        • If sensor ‘1’:
          Enter the text that will be displayed
        • Units of measurement:
          Enter the unit of measurement for the sensor
        • Formula:
          Choose from the list the formula of the sensor
        • Lowest value:
          Enter the lowest value of the sensor
        • Highest Value:
          Enter the highest value of the sensor.
        • Icon list:
          Choose from the list the icon of the sensor
        • Calibration:
          This shows to you the calibration of the sensor, press on the + icon to add the calibrations.
      • The table:
        This table displays the data of all the sensors embedded in the unit:

        • Name:
          This column shows to you the names of the sensors embedded in the unit
        • Type:
          This column shows to you the types of the sensors embedded in the unit
        • Parameter:
          This column shows to you the parameters of the sensors embedded in the unit
        • Action:
          This column enables you to take actions with the embedded sensors (clone, edit, Duplicate and trash)

          • Clone:
            By clicking on this icon a new pop-up window will open to you with the units list to add or remove.

            • Clone:
              After choosing the units to clone, press on the clone and it will be cloned
            • Cancel:
              After clicking cancel, you will discard any changes
          • Edit:
            By clicking on the edit icon, it will open a new pop-up window with the following:

            • Name:
              Edit the name of the sensor
            • Type:
              choose from the list the type of the sensor
            • Parameters:
              Choose the parameters from the list
            • Result:
            • Result type:
              Choose from the list the result type
            • If sensor ‘0’:
              Edit the text that will be displayed
            • If sensor ‘1’:
              Enter the text that will be displayed
            • Icon list:
              Choose from the list the icon of the sensor
            • Calibration:
              This shows to you the calibration of the sensor
          • Duplicate:
            To duplicate the sensors data, click on the icon and it will open to you a new pop-up window same as the edit window.
          • Trash:
            Click to send the sensors data into the trash list

Commands:
This tab enables you to edit the commands list

    • Add new command:
      To add a new command press on the icon and it will open to you a new pop-up window with the following:

      • Name:
        Enter the name of the commands
      • Type:
        Choose the type of the commands
      • Channel:
        Choose the channel of the commands
      • The table:
        • Name:
          This column displays to you the commands names
        • Type:
          This column displays to you the types list
        • Channel:
          This tab displays to you the channel list
        • Parameters:
          This tab displays to you the parameters list.
        • Actions:
          This tab displays to you the actions you can make with the command
        • Edit:
          By clicking on the edit icon, it will open to you a new pop-up window with the following:
        • Name:
          Edit the name of the command
        • Type:
          Choose from the list the command type
        • Channel:
          Choose from the list the channel of the command
        • Message:
          Edit the command message
        • Duplicate:
          To duplicate the command, press on the icon and it will open to you a pop-up window same as the edit window
        • Trash:
          To delete and send the command to the trash list

Custom

This tab enables you to add and edit new custom

    • Add new custom:
      Click on it and it will add to the list a new custom.
    • Key:
      The key name of the custom
    • Value:
      The value of the custom
    • Admin:
      This to enable the custom to have access over this custom or not
    • Delete:
      To delete the custom

Access:
This tab enables you to give access to the users over the unit, you have to choose from the list which users you want to give access over the unit or not.

Driver Behaviour:

You can set different parameters for driver behaviour like (Name, Sensor, Penalty, Min Value, Max Value, Min Speed, Max Speed, Min Duration, and Max Duration)
