2- Profile:

Vehicle type: Car, bus, truck, van, etc.

Measurement type: It is the preferred measurement type for the unit. It can be by weight, volume, length, or count.

Max capacity: The maximum capacity that the vehicle can hold in KGs, Gallons, M3, etc.


Plate number.

Model: Toyota, Mercedes, Ford, etc.

Year: The year the vehicle was manufactured.

Fuel type: fuel 91, fuel 95, or diesel.

Start operation: The date the vehicle started its operations.

Contract Mileage: The distance or the number of kilometers that is agreed on in the contract.

Opening Mileage: The distance that the vehicle had covered when the device was first installed.

Status: Status of the vehicle whether it is working, broken, in warehouse, in maintenance, etc.

Job order: The task that the vehicle is supposed to carry out.

Status Description: Here you can add more details about the status of the vehicle. For example, The vehicle is in maintenance since the beginning of the month, The engine is being repaired, It is supposed to resume operating next week, etc.

Trailer: This gives you the ability to bind a trailer to your vehicle. Trailers can either be added manually; you enter a trailer’s name from the list of trailers, or- if they have a trailer ID device installed- they can be added automatically. In the latter case, you just check the small box titled Auto.

Driver: Here you enter the driver you would like to Attach to or link with the vehicles. Drivers can either be linked with a vehicle manually; you choose a driver’s name from the list of drivers, or they can be linked automatically if they have an RFID/I button. In the latter case, you just check the small box titled Auto.

Icon: Choose the shape of the icon of your vehicle from the icons’ library, or upload any icon you like from your computer.
