Inspection Module

Inspection Module consists of two sections; Inspection Forms and Completed Inspections.

Inspection Forms

This section is used for creating the forms or templates used in inspections. It contains a list of the previously-added forms (Active and Archived) with a number of actions that include: searching for a form by name, editing, archiving, printing, and adding new forms.

To edit an existing form:

  • Click the edit icon .
  • A new window will open.

  • Modify the form’s information and click Save.

To archive a form:

  • Click the archive icon .
  • Confirm the action.

  • The form will be sent to Archive.

To print a form:

  • Click the print icon .

  • Choose the related vehicle and click Print.

To add a new form:

  • Click Add New.
  • A new window will open.

  • Choose a unique name for the form.
  • Select section name from the inspection categories added to the account, for example: Fuel. You can add as many sections to the form as the number of categories.
  • Enter item name, for example: Fuel pump, select its type, and choose whether or not it requires an image. You can add as many items to the section as you need.
  • Click Save.

Completed Inspections

Completed Inspections is the second part of the Inspections module and it is dedicated to actualizing the inspections. It contains a list of the previously-performed inspections with the vehicle name, inspection date, and a number of actions that include: searching for an inspection by vehicle name, voiding an inspection, and adding a new inspection.

To add a new inspection:

  • Click Add New.
  • A new window will open.

  • Select the vehicle that requires the inspection.
  • Choose the inspection template from the list of forms added to the account as explained earlier.
  • Fill all the information and data that the form requires.
  • Click Save and the inspection will appear on the inspection list with all its related information.

  • Note: you can print the inspection, download it in PDF format, and report any issue.
