Customers is the module dedicated to viewing, adding, and editing the information of your customers. It consists of two major tabs; Customers and Customer Types.

1- Customers Tab

It consists of the following components:

A- Customers’ grid:

A table containing all the relevant information about the customers, like customer name, type, and status. It also gives you the option to hide/view customers on the map along with a number of actions (assign/un-assign, edit, copy, and delete customers).

B- Customers Action Bar:

1- Refresh: Used to refresh and update the list of customers.

2- Add: Dedicated to adding new customers.

 

How to add a customer:

When you click add, a new window will open allowing you to add a new customer.

– Draw the customer’s zone on the map and enter the zone info; customer zone name, color of zone, type (line, circle, polygon), customer type, and status (active/inactive).

– Click on the second tab to enter the customer info, like customer name, email, phone, password, address, and any comments on customers that you might have.

– Click Save to confirm adding the information.

– From the access tab, assign the customer to the users.

3- Export: used to export the list of customers to an external directory.

4- Import: used to import the list of customers from an external directory.

5- Customize Grid Columns: used to help you customize the grid of customers and choose to show the features relevant to you.

 

2- Customers Type Tab

A- Customers Type Grid:

A table containing all different types of customers that you add to the system, with a number of Actions (assign/un-assign, edit, copy, and delete customer types).

B- Customer Types Action Bar:

1- Refresh: Used to refresh and update the list of customer types.

2- Add: Dedicated to adding a new type of customer.

 

How to add a customer type:

When you click add, a new window will open allowing you to add a new customer type. This window consists of two tabs; Main info which contains the type of customer (Hyper Market, Kiosk, Store, etc.), and Access tab where you can give users access to this type of customer.

After entering the main info and giving access, click Save to add the new customer type.

3- Export: used to export the list of customer types to an external directory.

4- Import: used to import the list of customer types from an external directory.

5- Customize Grid Columns: used to help you customize the grid of customer types and choose to show the features relevant to you.
